Refund Policy Terms

a) If your government application is filed by us and rejected by the government on the Grounds of documents—50%Refund Amount

Example: If you apply for the GST Registration and the government rejects the application due to documents, and thereafter the order is cancelled by your side, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.

b) If you cancel the Order before the Application Filing with the govt—100%Refund Amount

c) In case of Pvt Ltd Company Incorporation, Trademark, etc., where high govt charges are applicable, only the professional fee is eligible for the refund.

Refund Process

  • a) Simply fill up the below details with your bank and IFSC code & generate a Refund Ticket No.
  • b) You will get a response from our billing team via email and call with your refund status in the next 4–5 business days.
  • c) The refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
